  • Velice příjemné a konkrétní bylo jednání se zaměstnanci hotelu

  • Nepříjemné a nejisté bylo jednání se zástupci organizace, která pokoj objednává a zdá se, že hotel nezná. Bylo by lépe nechat objednání ubytování přímo na hotelovém personálu. Jsem rád, že nakonec vše dopadlo dobře.

  • Hotel je dobře řešený , čistý a má velmi příjemný personál . Jídlo bylo vynikající a za dobrou cenu . Zařízení hotelu a pokojů je nové . Matrace jsou velmi kvalitní . Měli jsme rezervovány 4 pokoje a tak to můžeme korektně posoudit . Chyběla nám malá lednička na pokoji , ale to se dá přežít. Rozhodně se při návštěvě Ledče nebo Světlé nebudeme ubytovávat jinde než zde. Celkový dojem hodnotíme vysoce pozitivně a hotel vřele doporučujeme . Kvalita hotelu je opravdu vysoká a poměr cena/hodnota je pro hosty výhoný.
